School boundary fencing. A Hampshire School requested a site visit through JB Corries website to view and discuss a safeguarding issue where a higher boundary fence was required to replace their decades old low fencing. To in-keep with the rural surroundings a timber fence was required, JB Corrie visited site and viewed, measured and discussed the client’s requirements. After this meeting we sent the client a proposal and a quotation for a pressure treated timber close board fence, along with some curved trellis topping to help soften the look of the higher boundary fence in the picturesque village. Along with this fence, we also designed, manufactured and installed a galvanised steel frame double leaf gate set clad with timber close board pales, the pair of gates is required for emergency access onto the playground. For added longevity we included rotproof concrete posts and gravel boards, these materials are not a usual security solution for a School, but on this occasion, it was the right product for the client and village. The client was extremely happy with our service and sent us this statement…….
‘JB Corrie recently installed a new fence and gate for our Hampshire School. The communication from our initial conversation has been clear and prompt. JB Corrie split the works to be completed into different sections making it easy to work within our budget. They were more than happy to alter aspects as we moved along. Work was completed during a half-term so there was no impact to our children and was of a very high standard. We are very impressed!’
